I create KFC-style content for the new Kiosks, plain English error messages, and content including buttons and titles for finger-licking customers and store teams.
I have also written a number of award applications to showcase the achievements of this small in-house team.
The KFC Digital Technology team started a complex project to update legacy infrastructure and an existing coupon app. The goal was one sleek integrated system for home delivery, collect, and loyalty underpinning an app front end, menu management, and delivery aggregator partners.
These clever programmers and project managers needed to effectively share their developments with a range of non-technical people inside the business. Across 2019, I attended fortnightly sprint meetings and translated technical topics, priority requests and key insights into friendly plain-English emails tailored to each audience.
